Hello my name is Tristan Bo Johnson and I am the owner of Weightlifting Report. This website is my passion project because I have a true love for weightlifting and fitness overall. I lift weights 6-7 days a week every week, and play sports and walk for cardio on the days that I don’t lift. I’m also a certified trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people get fit. One of the things I love most in life is traveling, so keeping in shape on the road can be tough – but it can be done!
